All billing support documents are being captured making it easier for them to make a statement of account and provide proof of delivery (POD).
HR 201 records were kept private with proper access rights with an audit trail.

All records are stored in a database and backed up.
Complete Documents
The loss of documents is reduced because everything is scanned and uploaded into Archive One. This is now part of their business process.
